Mr. Robert Lee Perkins (Tab) was born on December 22, 1957
in Tyler, Alabama to the late Mr. Eddie Mack Perkins and the late Mrs. Laura Louise Perkins. Robert also had two brother who proceed him in death, Mr. Willie James Perkins, and Mr. Eddie Lee Perkins.
He professed Christ at an early age, Robert Enjoyed the journey his life led him on. He worked as a mechanic, and did a lot of jobs for people in his community. He enjoyed going to church. He enjoyed fishing, He was a great pool player, and enjoyed many activities with his family.
Robert leaves to cherish his memories two sons Mr. Rodgrell Reeves and his mother Karen Reeves and Mr. Devoziyo Perkins and his mother Valerie Perkins of Selma, Al,; grandchildren, Rodgrell JR, Noah, Skyler, Jamarrion, Deshaun and, and Logan; Four sisters Pearlie Mae Burden, Ruby Franklin, Laura Wilmer , Carol Ann Perkins, and Barbara Jean Perkins of Selma, AL; one brother Mr. Johnnie Lee Perkins of Montgomery, Al.: a god mother: Fannie Steen and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives; and here devoted friends.
Funeral services have been scheduled for Saturday, May30, 2026 at 12:00PM from the Aubrey Larkin's Lewis Brothers Chapel with Bishop Bert Scott, officiating. Burial will follow in The Word Ministry (formerly New Shady Grove MB Church) Cemetery in Sardis, AL with Aubrey Larkin's Lewis Brothers Funeral Home serving with excellence through professional service.
