David Lee Snow, affectionally known as “Snowman” embraced heavenly sunlight on Saturday, April 19, 2025 in an unfortunate accident.  He was an avid carpenter by trade.  He was born on October 7, 1968 in Minter, Alabama and was a proud 1989 graduate of Southside High School. 

David was preceded in death by his grandparents John Henry and Maggie Snow and a host of aunts and uncles. 

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother Mary Snow-Hall.  Four children Demetrice Nicole Shelton, Kenshayla Johnson, David (Destiny)Snow, Jr., and Mariah Flennory.   Grandchildren, Kateena Shelton, Maliki Waller, Shanmetria Shelton, and Khristian Johnson.  A great-granddaughter, Kaliyah Shelton.  Eight siblings, Mary Pewu of Syracuse, NY, Magaline (Willie) Bandy of Montgomery, AL, Ricky Snow of Minneapolis, MN, Johnny (Alberta) Snow of Montgomery, AL, Juanita (Henry)Bargaye of Birmingham, AL, Christine (Brian) Freeland of Charlotte, NC, Randolph Hall of Selma, AL, and Evangeline (Stevon) Colston of Columbus, GA.   A loving cousin/aunt Dorothy Jackson of Syracuse, NY and Minnie Dees of Pensacola, FL.  His special friends Donita Johnson, Ondray (Pokey) Carter, David and Asonya Holmes.  A special niece Katrina Sanders and nephew Andrei Ingram as well as a loving host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services have been scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 11:00AM from the House of Prayer Christian Church with Pastor David Perry, officiating.  Burial will follow in the Snow Cemetery with Aubrey Larkin's Lewis Brothers Funeral Home serving with excellence through professional service.  Mr. Snow will lie in repose one hour prior to the funeral hour at church.
