Brother Antoine Johnson was born on March 8, 1968 to the late Mrs. Joyce Johnson and Alphonso London. He accepted Christ at a early age and joined Ward Chapel AME Church.
Antione attended Selma High School and graduated in the class of 1987. He played basketball for Selma High School from 1984-1987 where his nickname was “Horse” because of how high he could jump! He was a proud 1990 Saudi Arabia War Veteran.
Antoine was preceded in death by his mother Mrs. Joyce Johnson, grandmother Margaret London, aunt Mrs. Susie (Jake) Garrett, aunt Mrs. Ruby Nell (Scott) Carter, aunt Mrs. Juanita(Clee) Sherrer, and aunt Mrs. Margaret (Sidney) Fitts, and uncle Luther (Addie) Huntington and uncle Jessie (Barbara) London.
Antoine leaves to cherish his memories a sister Latanga (Alphonsia) Johnson, three brothers Barrio (Angala) Johnson, Demetrius (Equilla) Johnson and Donnie Johnson, three aunts Phillis (Johnnie) Leashore, Virginia Traylor, and Pauline (Melvin) Lewis, one uncle Eddie (Juanita) Huntington, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives, and friends.
Graveside services have been scheduled for Friday, March 6 2026 at 1: 00 PM from the Pineview Memory Gardens of Valley Grande, AL with Aubrey Larkin's Lewis Brothers Funeral Home serving with excellence through professional service.
